iOS 4.0.2 Don’t Update if you still want to use Jailbreakme

Apple has push out iOS 4.0.2 to fix the PDF exploit. So if you update it Jailbreakme cannot jailbreak anymore.

Stay at iOS 4.0.1 or back to the boring lockup of iOS by Apple.

Just patch the exploit temporary with BigBoss PDF Warner. And don’t open PDF from source you don’t trust. That’s all, nothing fussy. For now.

Patch exploit after Jailbreakme 2.0 or else

If you have jailbreakme jailbroken your iPhone 3GS or iPhone4. You need or must patch the exploit or your iPhone are vulnerable to attacks. Go to your Cydia and search for PDF Loading Warner and install it.

iOS 4.0.1 makes my 3GS MC signal worst than before

I never get full bar anymore, but I don’t easily get disconnected. Even I’m at 3rd basement it still have 1 bar for few minute that are impossible. But places that I usually get full bar like my office. Only gets 3 bar. WTF?!?!

This really annoying not like it makes the performance drop, it just sores to my eyes. It is not fun anymore using iPhone man. If I know earlier I should go to iOS 4 instead of iOS 4.0.1. Now lazy to downgrade again.

Jailbreakme 2.0 first attempt problem

My first attempt of Jailbreakme 2.0 causing my battery drain faster then Niagara Falls.

Found the culprit after restore the iOS and re jailbreak.

Do not install Panda Daemon. If you want to connect to 91 PC Suite, skip installing Panda Daemon. It will still work without it. Wonder why it is need to install in the first place.

Jailbreakme 2.0 Purple Screen Fix

Just a fast fix for those who go themselves into purple screen. It is just because the server are too busy with million of people going into it for jailbreak.

1. Double press HOME
2. Close Safari with long press and – it.
3. Go to Settings – Safari
4. Clear Cache, Clear Cookies
5. Set cookies to Always accept
6. Start safari and try either one of the link

• http://jailbreakme.modmyi.com/
7. Try until succeed.

New JailbreakMe 2.0 by Comex released at last

The untethered Jailbreak by Comex at last has been released. The jailbreakme are pretty much easiest jailbreak ever. So not calling it Spirit jailbreak, now is Jailbreakme 2.0

1. You update to iOS 4 or 4.0.1 of you iPhone. As i remember on my last update.
   • MMS and internet setting will get you into trouble, you can’t get it back if you are restoring the backing after update. To fix this, you must update and set as a new phone. Please backup as much as you cause you will loose you files and SMS and such. You could use 3rd party backup. Just don’t restore any settings from old backup. I used 91 PC Suite for iPhone (chinese) to backup logs and SMS.
2. Just go to Safari and load Jailbreakme.com and slide to jailbreak. Easy!
   • If you having purple screen you could use alternative server http://jailbreakme.modmyi.com/
   • Wait…….
3. And the next thing you know Cydia is in your phone…magically.
